If you would like a chaperone during an appointment, please ask the receptionist when booking. For more information, please see the Chaperone Policy.
The surgery operates an appointments system and appointments can be made by telephone, by calling into the practice, on-line via SystmOnline or on the TPP SystmOnline app on your IOS or Android device.
Please note that an appointment is for one person only. If you have a number of issues to discuss, please ask for a longer appointment or you may be asked to rebook as consultations are limited in time.
If your appointment is about a letter received from an outside agency, it is the patients responsibility to contact the surgery to ensure we have received a copy of the letter before your consultation to avoid an unnecessary appointment.
Patients may make an appointment with any of the doctors but should try to see the same doctor throughout the course of treatment.
Minor Illness Clinic's
Minor Illness Clinics are held Monday to Friday. Nurse Audrey and Nurse Banu are trained to run this very successful service. Appointments can usually be made on the same day or up to five days ahead.
The receptionists are trained to help patients decide if a minor illness nurse can help them. Please help them to help you by giving them as much information as possible when you are asking for an appointment. Everything is treated with complete confidentiality.
